V26.6.03.1
1. Car View
You can now get a full view of a railcar no matter where you are in Wheelhouse. Anywhere a car mark is displayed, it is now clickable and takes you to the new Car View page, so you no longer need to visit multiple sections to build a complete picture of a car.
- Overview: Base, lease, and mechanical details for the car at a glance.
- Load Details: The current shipping and load information for the car.
- Live Location: A map displaying the car's current location.
- Attachments: A dedicated area to attach documents, pictures, and other files to the car.
- History: The full track and trace history of the car.
- Shipments: A record of every shipment the car has been involved in.
2. Ticket Editing
Users can now correct mistakes on tickets synced up from the terminal (e.g., a trucker entering the wrong load amount).
- Assignable Permission: The ability to edit tickets is controlled by a new assignable permission.
- Car Updates: If the Quantity field is edited, the updated value is also applied to the assigned railcar so it reflects the correct load amount.
- Audit Trail: A confirmation message appears before saving any edits, an orange banner across the top of the ticket indicates that it has been manually updated, and all edited fields are recorded in the ticket's history.
3. Reports & Report Studio
This release includes several upgrades to reporting, with a focus on terminal ticket and yard data.
- Grouped Excel Exports: Reports can now be grouped together and exported into a single Excel workbook, rather than running each report separately.
- Lifting Stats: When building a report on the TerminalBoss Tickets source, a new "Show Lifting Stats" toggle adds a second sheet to the Excel export containing Customer Name, Origin Site, Transferred Net Volume, Limit, Remaining Volume, Performance Indicator, and Load/Unload Count.
- Unified Transferred Net Volume: Transferred volumes from all ticket versions are now merged into a single Transferred Net Volume column, with a unit selector (e.g., m3, USG) and a dedicated USG column.
- Unified Transfer Direction: The "Transfer Direction" and "Transfer Direction Label" columns have been merged into a single Transfer Direction column.
- Yard Inbound & Outbound Counts: The Yard report source now includes Inbound and Outbound fields, allowing you to run time-based reports such as "How many cars came into the facility today?" or "How many cars left the facility today?" These counts cover both automatic and manual placements and removals.
4. General Improvements
- Watchlist: The "Origin Railroad" field has been renamed to "Prebill Railroad" in rule creation and in the active and historical views.
- Partner Portal: The "Destination" field has been renamed to "Destination Facility" for clarity.
- PO Numbers: Purchase order numbers are now passed along to the railroad.
- Ship Date: Loaded railcars now track a Ship Date.
- SMS Notifications: Wheelhouse now respects SMS opt-out (STOP) requests and will no longer attempt to message users who have unsubscribed.
5. Fixes
- Dashboard Panels: Fixed an issue where saved filter states appeared as saved but were not actually applied to the panel.
- Table Filters: Resolved an issue where table filters were not applying correctly.
- Admin Panel: Breadcrumbs now display correctly on sub-pages.
- Rail Data: Improved the reliability of fleet query connections to Railinc.
