Enhancements

Yard Layout: Multiple features

  1. Users can now seamlessly navigate to other modules while in the expanded track view mode without losing their progress or context.

  2. Users can select one or more railcars in the expanded track view and move them to other tracks using a simple select-and-drop functionality or other available options.

  3. Users can view position numbers on the tracks, allowing them to easily identify where railcars are being moved to and from.

  4. After using the bulk add cars functionality, users can now clearly see where cars have been placed on the track, improving clarity and reducing errors in car placement.

  5. Navigation: Yard management > Yard Layout .

Reports Module: TerminalBOSS V2 Tickets

  1. The column options in the reports module for TerminalBOSS V2 tickets have been expanded to include the following fields:

    1. N Heptane

    2. Ethane Net Volume

    3. Iso Butane Net Volume

    4. Iso Pentane Net Volume

    5. N Butane Net Volume

    6. N Hexane Net Volume

    7. N Pentane Net Volume

    8. Propane Net Volume

  2. This enhancement allows users to generate more detailed reports with additional data points for better insights.

  3. Navigation: Reports > Source Type: TerminalBoss Ticket > Add columns: N Heptane, Ethane Net Volume etc.

Truck Scheduling: Amend Missed Truck Scheduling Slot

  1. Users can now amend missed truck scheduling slots. Previously, if drivers failed to check in or initiate truck loading via the app, site operators had no method of rectifying this issue. With this enhancement, operators can access the Wheelhouse web application to make necessary changes to missed slots.

  2. Navigation: Scheduler > Slots > Select a Location > Edit a Slot.

Waste Management Module: Tickets BC ID field

  1. The BC ID field in the tickets section now only allows for unique values. This ensures that no duplicate BC IDs are entered, eliminating the possibility of creating duplicate tickets.

  2. Navigation: Waste Management > Tickets > Add Ticket.

Bugs

Gauge Tool and Shipment Cars Discrepancies

  1. A bug that caused discrepancies in Net Volume, Gross Volume, and Weight calculations when loading cars from the Gauge Tool screen versus the Shipment: Cars screen has been resolved. Now, regardless of the module used to load a car, all values and calculations match consistently.

  2. Navigation: Gauge tools: Load a car AND Operations: Shipments > Cars > Load car. Confirm that the volume and weight values match.
