The following items were released on February 13, 2025:

Enhancements

Shipments: Bulk Assign Embargo Permit Numbers

  1. Users can now bulk assign embargo permit numbers when shipping to an embargoed facility. Previously, users had to update each car form individually, but with this feature, they can assign embargo numbers in bulk, saving significant time.

  2. Navigation:

    • Configuration > Facilities > Select Facility (with embargo) > Navigate to Embargo section > Enter Embargo Number and Embargo permit Numbers

    • Operations: Shipments > Contract Schedules / Empty Templates > Create New Shipment > Add Cars to Shipment > Click Assign Embargo Numbers button

Fleet: Map View

  1. The Fleet module now includes a map view, enabling users to visualize the locations of all cars within a fleet. Clicking on a car icon on the map allows users to navigate directly to the car history.

  2. Navigation: Fleet > Fleet Map > Select Fleet > View Map

TerminalBOSS V3 Sync: Ticket API

  1. The Ticket API has been updated to include a Sync Timestamp to ensure that no tickets are missed when integrating Wheelhouse with external systems. Previously, the modified timestamp did not always capture tickets that were modified in TerminalBOSS but synced to Wheelhouse later.

Yard Layout: Multiple features

  1. Flexible Car Placements: Users can now place cars anywhere within a track to accommodate breaks, rather than only sequentially.

  2. Car Deletion Restrictions: Cars cannot be deleted from the yard layout if they are attached to a shipment or have an associated inspection form.

  3. Navigation: Yard management > Yard Layout.

Multiple Modules: History Tables

  1. All modules with history tables now include sorting and filtering options, making it easier to locate audit trails.

  2. Navigation:

    • Configuration: Parties > Edit Party form

    • Configuration: Products > Edit Product form

    • Configuration: Facilities > Edit Facility form

    • Configuration: Risers > Edit Riser form

    • Configuration: User Administration > Edit User form

    • Contracts: List > Edit Contract form

    • Operations: Shipments > Shipments Tab Edit Shipment Form

    • Operations: Shipments > Cars Tab Edit Cars Form

Contracts: Roll Over

  1. When rolling over contracts to a new month:

    • The total contract amount is retained.

    • The shipping schedule resets to zero for the new month.

    • The "Open for Shipment" checkbox is deselected by default, allowing users to configure new schedules freely.

  2. Navigation: Contracts: List > Select Contracts > Click Roll Over

Inspection Module: Default Name

  1. The Name field in Inspection Forms now defaults to the signed-in user’s name, eliminating the need for manual entry.Users can still edit the field if needed.

  2. Navigation: Yard management > Inspections > Edit or Create Inspection Form.

Waste Management Module: Multiple Enhancements

  1. Reduced file size for invoice PDFs, making them easier to share via email and faster to generate.

  2. Navigation: Waste Management > Modules > Invoices > Print
