Enhancements

Contracts Enhancements

  1. Short Ton Unit: Within the contract, a new unit has been added to pricing unit section called Short Ton.

  2. Navigation: Contracts: List > Create new/edit Contract > Edit Pricing Unit field > Select Short Ton

Loaded Rail Car Report

  1. To the loaded rail car report, we have added additional fields in order to report on the full details of shipments:

    • Contract Start Date

    • Contract End Date

    • Shipping Schedule Name

    • Pricing Unit

    • Unit Price

    • Currency

    • Discount

    • Seller Contract Number

    • Buyer Contract Number

    • FOB

  2. Navigation: Reports > Add New Report > Source Type: Loaded rail car > Select Columns

Rail Rates Module Update

  1. The rail rates module was enhanced to include selections for origin and destination railroad as well the Route. Other fields such as Freight Charges Type, Rule 11 Charge, Mileage and Fuel Surcharge was also added. This allows for a more comprehensive rail rates calculation and record keeping.

  2. Navigation: Configuration > Rail Rates > Add Rail Rate

  1. Added comprehensive search functionality to the fleet management screen, allowing filtering by car number, fleet status, lessor, fleet, home etc.

  2. Navigation: Fleet > Cars > Use Search function

Waste Management Module

  1. Inventory Ticket Rounding: enhanced the inventory tickets to ensure negative values are not entered for tank quantity and that calculations are within three decimal places.

  2. Navigation: Waste Management: Tickets > Add Ticket > Inventory Ticket

Bugs

Shipping Schedule: Shipper Field

  1. Fixed an issue which would allow users to create and save a shipping schedule within a contract without a shipper. The shipper party is a mandatory field for any rail shipments being sent to the railroad.

  2. Navigation: Contract: List > Edit or Create a Contract > Create or Edit a Shipping Schedule > Add a party to Shipper field

BOL Pattern

  1. Fixed an issue which would occur when users configured their BOL Number Pattern using the configuration module, it would not reflect as expected when printing BOLs.

  2. Navigation: Configuration > BOL Number Pattern Configuration > Customize Pattern > Create Shipment > See expected BOL Number pattern

Report: Column Name

  1. Fixed an issue where if you renamed a column name, you would not be able to apply a format to it

  2. Navigation: Report > Select source type > Add columns > Rename column name > Add formats
