Create a new record

Permitted users can create new records under the Vehicles object by selecting "ADD VEHICLE". This action opens up a blank form that can be filled out.

When filling the vehicle form, always start by defining the site management section before filling out the remaining fields:

Vehicle Certifications

For the vehicles object, after a new record is created and saved, a certification can be added to the object. The form will populate a new section at the bottom.

Users can add a vehicle-certificate relationship by using the plus sign, filling out the form and then saving their changes. Note: A relevant certification would need to be created from the certificate object first before an association can be made. The sites that can be selected for vehicle-certifications are dependent on the sites associated with the vehicle record itself.

After the association is saved, the form view is updated as well. The created certificate can be edited or deleted and new cerrtifications can be added as well.
