Site Management
Definition
Site management is a feature of TBOSS-WH sync that allows records shared between sites to be created once in Wheelhouse and associated to sites for their usage. This avoid duplicate records exisiting within objects such as Users, Drivers, Vehicles, Products, Locations, Certifications, User Access etc.
Usage
Within relevant forms:

In the site association field, users can choose multiple TBOSS sites that they would like the record to exist in.

When multiple sites are selected, there are options for making certain fields site specific, using the checkbox. Within this section, the fields are: Active, Effective start date, Effective end date, Lockout start date, Lockout end date, and Lockout reason.
Other forms, based on workflow, may only allow selection of one site. This is because these records would never be shared across TBOSS sites.
