Enhancements

Shipments Module: Cars Table

  1. The cars table now includes additional columns such as Seal Number, Gross Volume, Net Volume, and Net Weight, allowing users to access more information at a glance without needing to open each car entry individually.

  2. Navigation: Shipments > Select Facility > Click on Cars tab

Waste Management Module: Contracts and Invoices

  1. The billing information capabilities have been expanded to include additional fields within contracts: AFE/Cost Center, Major, and Minor. These fields ensure that tickets generated from the contract are invoiced with the correct information, improving billing accuracy.

  2. Navigation:

    1. Waste Management > Contracts > Edit a contract > Add/update AFE, major, Minor

    2. Waste Management > Tickets > Create a ticket

    3. Waste Management > Invoice > View/Update AFE, Major, Minor

Bugs

Waste Management Module: Mass Balance Reports

  1. Void Tickets Exclusion: Void tickets are now excluded from mass balance calculations, ensuring accurate reporting.

  2. Ticket Date Usage: Mass balance calculations now use the ticket date rather than the creation date, allowing backdated tickets to be accurately accounted for.

Waste Management Module: Service Contracts

  1. Price List Update: Resolved an issue preventing users from updating the price list within contracts and adding new price book items.

  2. Navigation: Waste Management > Contracts > Edit a contract > Add/update a price book item

  1. Contract Compliance: Enhanced the ticket module to prevent approval or invoicing if the ticket contains a price item not included in the contract, ensuring contractual accuracy.

  1. Read-Only Access: Fixed a bug that prevented read-only permissions for reports, allowing users to assign either full edit access or view-only access.
