Enhancements

Shipments: Amend Multiple Shipments

  1. Users can now select multiple shipments and perform billing actions such as Delete, Set Billing as Void, Send Cancellation to Railroad, and Open for Correction. This enhancement significantly improves efficiency by eliminating the need to open each shipment individually to initiate amendments, corrections, or cancellations.

  2. Navigation: Operation: Shipments: Select facility > Shipments tab > Select Shipments > Billing actions

Inspections: Default Date

  1. The inspection forms have been enhanced to improve usability. The date fields now default to the current day, allowing users to complete forms faster. Users can still manually edit the date if inspections were conducted on a different day.

  2. Navigation: Yard management > Inspections

Waste Management Module: Invoices

  1. Invoice emails sent to clients have been reformatted to include clear instructions on how to download the invoice PDF and upload their signed copy.

  2. Navigation: Waste Management > Invoice > Send for Approval > Email

Waste Management Module: Mass Balance Reports

  1. All tables within the Mass Balance Reports now default to "show all" records, enabling users to view entire datasets without the need for additional navigation.

Bugs

Waste Management Module: Tickets

  1. Fixed a bug that prevented users from renaming files to the same name.

  2. Resolved an issue where a few scanned tickets were spontaneously deleted from Wheelhouse storage.

  3. Addressed a bug that caused incorrect rounding of quantity ranges for product items, ensuring accurate auto-calculation within tickets.

  4. Fixed an error that occasionally blocked users from submitting, approving, and invoicing tickets.

Reports Module: Net Volume, Gross Volume, Weight

  1. Fixed a bug that displayed incorrect values for Net Volume, Gross Volume, and Weight in reports due to inaccurate unit conversion from litres to US gallons (USG).
