BOL Number

Within the BOL Number Pattern Configuration section, customize your Bill of Lading numbers to align with company standards or specific tracking requirements. This functionality enables the inclusion of various fields, such as shipment identifiers and dates, into the BOL number.

Select desired elements to construct a BOL pattern. Fields like 'Shipment ID', 'Origin, and 'Ship Day' can be incorporated into the pattern. You can also introduce characters or symbols to separate these fields for clarity.

Inspect the 'Pattern Preview' to verify the BOL number format. Adjustments can be made until the desired pattern is achieved.

To finalize the custom BOL number format, click 'Save'. This pattern becomes the standard for generating new BOL numbers and will be visible in relevant sections of the Wheelhouse.
