Enhancements

Dashboard: Contracts Tile

  1. Enhanced hover functionality displays additional contract details when hovering over contract rows

  2. Navigation: Dashboard

Yard Layout: Multiple features

  1. Expanded Track View: Rounding :Weight, Volume, and Density columns now consistently rounded to three decimal places

  2. Export Track Details: PDF: Improved formatting with each track displayed on its own page for better readability.

  3. Track and Trace Integration Unassigned cars column now incorporates data from the track and trace module based on ETA date and destination facility.

  4. Track Order Configuration: New option to arrange tracks in ascending or descending order.

  5. Inspection Status Indicators: Hover text added to inspection icons showing status (Under Inspection, Ready to Load, Ready to Ship).

  6. Load Date Visibility: Added Load Date column to expanded track view.

  7. Move History:

    • Fixed issue preventing display of past history.

    • Added tracking for various event types:

      1. Track-to-track movements

      2. New car additions

      3. Car shipments

      4. Car deletions

  8. Track Capacity Display: Track header now shows current car count against total capacity (e.g., "30/32").

  9. Navigation: Yard Management > Yard Layout

Contracts and Shipping Patterns Updates

  1. Fleet Selection Refinement: Replaced single Fleet field with two new options:

    • "Include cars from fleet"

    • "Exclude cars from fleet"

  2. This allows more precise fleet specification at both contract and shipping schedule/pattern levels.

  3. Added asterisks to indicate required fields on the contract form.

  4. Navigation: Contracts: list > Create new/edit Contract > Select fleet

Search for Car Mark and Numbers

  1. Partial Car Search: Enhanced search capability now supports partial searching by mark, number, or both

  2. These screens have been improved:

    • Operations: Shipments > Select a facility > Cars > Search Car

    • Yard Management: Inspection > Search Car

Waste Management Module: Bulk Approval

  1. Bulk Approval Workflow: New functionality allows bulk approval of tickets in submitted state.

  2. Streamlined Processing: Users can now perform bulk approval and continue to bulk invoice on the same page.

  3. Validation: System automatically verifies tickets are in submitted state with price book items attached.

  4. Navigation: Waste Management: Modules > Tickets > Select Multiple Tickets > Approve Tickets button

Bulk Car Addition

  1. Enhanced Recognition: System now correctly processes car lists even when breaks occur between car mark and car number

  2. Navigation:

    • Fleet > Cars > Gear icon > Bulk import cars

    • Inspections > Select facility > Add Rail cars

    • Yard layout > Select facility > Add cars

Reports Enhancements

  1. DateTime Format Option: Added YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format for date/time columns in reports

  2. Navigation: Reports > Select Date/Time Columns > Select format

Shipments: Car Selection

  1. Car Reordering: Added ability to reorder selected cars within shipments using arrow buttons

  2. Error Correction: Simplifies correction of sequencing errors

  3. Navigation: Operations: Shipments > Contract Schedules/Empty Templates > Create New Shipment > Select Cars
